What happens if I reach my plan's response limit?
Survio collects unlimited data. The free plan is limited as only the first 100 responses are visible (1 survey = 100 responses, 100 surveys = 1 response per survey). To increase response limits, buy a premium plan. The Gold plan offers you 1000 responses monthly, our Diamond plan is unlimited.
How do the free and premium plans work?
Firstly Free plan really does mean 'free forever'. Our Gold plan currently offers a one month subsription (giving you the option to pay, use and go) or subscribe for a year and receive a huge discount. The Diamond plan is only available on an annual subscription but does offer unlimited service.
Special pricing for Students, Schools and Non-Profits
We offer a discount of up to 70% for students, schools and non-profits as a partnership program. If you wish to apply or receive more information, please contact us on edu@survio.com.
How can I pay?
To purchase a premium plan (Gold or Diamond) there are three options to choose from. PayPal Gateway offers payment by credit card or a direct PayPal transaction. We also accept payment by Wire Transfer.
