Ov\u0161em dal\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed respondenti u\u017e tuto informaci m\u00edt nemus\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d o tom p\u00ed\u0161eme? Proto\u017ee\u00a0se \u010dasto st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee tazatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si vytvo\u0159ili sv\u016fj dotazn\u00edk v Surviu, podce\u0148uj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b \u00favodn\u00ed text.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem je, aby \u00favodn\u00ed text byl co nejkrat\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee dlouh\u00fd text nikdo nebude \u010d\u00edst. M\u011bl by obsahovat v\u0161echny podstatn\u00e9 informace. Respondentovi m\u016f\u017eete v z\u00e1v\u011bru dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed poskytnout slevu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ho p\u0159esm\u011brovat do va\u0161eho <\/span><b>e-shopu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kde m\u016f\u017ee slevu hned vyu\u017e\u00edt. V\u0161imn\u011bte si, \u017ee jsme u\u0161et\u0159ili spoustu m\u00edsta a respondent se nemus\u00ed soust\u0159edit poka\u017ed\u00e9 na novou ot\u00e1zku li\u0161\u00edc\u00ed se pouze typem n\u00e1p<\/span>oje. Ty v\u011bt\u0161inou\u00a0pomoc\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky nezjist\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm profesion\u00e1ln\u00edm motivem pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky je z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed autentick\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm\u00a0pokud nechcete jednotliv\u00fdmi mo\u017enostmi ot\u00e1zky ovlivnit odpov\u011bdi va\u0161eho respondenta. Typicky je vhodn\u00e9 otev\u0159enou ot\u00e1zku vyu\u017e\u00edt v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tzv. <strong>TOM odpov\u011bd\u00ed<\/strong>. (TOM &#8211; Top of Mind &#8211; na vrcholu mysli). Jin\u00fdmi slovy se pt\u00e1te na to, co respondenta prvn\u00ed napadne. Uve\u010fme si to v p\u0159\u00edkladu.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"block block-example\"><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong> <em>M\u016f\u017eete se respondenta zeptat na ot\u00e1zku, kter\u00e9 zna\u010dky k\u00e1vy zn\u00e1. Ot\u00e1zku lze polo\u017eit mnoha zp\u016fsoby, ale v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00edme hlavn\u011b odpov\u011bdi. Pokud k polo\u017een\u00e9 ot\u00e1zce p\u0159id\u00e1te i jednotliv\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyjmenujete r\u016fzn\u00e9 zna\u010dky k\u00e1vy, tak V\u00e1m respondent ur\u010dit\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e9 ozna\u010d\u00ed, proto\u017ee jste mu je p\u0159ipomn\u011bli. Pokud ov\u0161em pou\u017eijete otev\u0159enou ot\u00e1zku a neposkytnete \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi, m\u00e1te v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jistotu, \u017ee respondentem uveden\u00e9 zna\u010dky jsou ty nejl\u00e9pe uchovan\u00e9 v jeho pam\u011bti, proto tak\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed &#8222;na vrcholu mysli&#8220;.<\/em>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<h2>Tip 11: Pou\u017e\u00edvejte jazyk respondent\u016f<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte jako v\u00e1\u0161 respondent a p\u0159izp\u016fsobte mu jazyk, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch. \u010casto se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee tazatel\u00e9 p\u0159iprav\u00ed velmi poveden\u00fd dotazn\u00edk, ale je natolik odborn\u00fd, \u017ee mu respondenti v\u016fbec nerozum\u00ed. <\/span><b>Proto se vyh\u00fdbejte odborn\u00fdm pojm\u016fm a slov\u016fm p\u0159evzat\u00fdm z jin\u00e9ho jazyka<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
