Po p\u0159est\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed do Brna v roce 2008 jsem za\u010dala pracovat v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, kde jsem str\u00e1vila 6 let, p\u016fsobila na r\u016fzn\u00fdch pozic\u00edch, koordinovala lok\u00e1ln\u00ed i glob\u00e1ln\u00ed EMEA projekty. \u0158\u00eddila jsem men\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdm a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se p\u0159esunula do nov\u00e9 divize se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na IT n\u00e1bor. Po 6 letech jsem se p\u0159esunula na HR do IT firmy Webnode. Za tuto p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost jsem nesm\u00edrn\u011b vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1. P\u016fsobila jsem tam kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch 8 let, pot\u00e9 jsem se rozhodla pro zm\u011bnu. Od b\u0159ezna 2021 p\u016fsob\u00edm v dal\u0161\u00ed srdcov\u00e9 firm\u011b na HR, a to v Survio.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kdy jsi se poprv\u00e9 setkala s\u00a0dotazn\u00edky? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u00ed jednoduch\u00fd zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fd dotazn\u00edk jsem vytvo\u0159ila v roce 2006 po dobu studia na Vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole. \u00da\u010delem dotazn\u00edku bylo zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na t\u00e9ma \u201eMotiva\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m v korpor\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti\u201c. Druh\u00fd t\u00e9\u017e jednoduch\u00fd dotazn\u00edk jsem vytvo\u0159ila v roce 2007 pro sv\u00e9 kamar\u00e1dy, se kter\u00fdmi jsem organizovala spole\u010dn\u00fd v\u00edkend a \u0159e\u0161ili jsme nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed term\u00edn a program.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Popi\u0161 svou zku\u0161enost se <\/b><b>Survio<\/b><b> dotazn\u00edkem? Jak\u00e9 jsou tvoje obl\u00edben\u00e9 funkce? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poprv\u00e9 jsem si produkt o\u0165ukala p\u0159ed sv\u00fdm n\u00e1stupem do Survio a hloub\u011bji jsem se s\u00a0n\u00edm \u201esp\u0159\u00e1telila\u201c v\u00a0prvn\u00edch t\u00fddnech sv\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed. Byla jsem mile p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1, co v\u0161e se d\u00e1 s\u00a0produktem vytvo\u0159it, \u017ee mohu vytvo\u0159it dotazn\u00edk nejen na spokojenost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, ale i na pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed firemn\u00edch akc\u00ed, hodnocen\u00ed jazykov\u00e9 v\u00fduky, zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed motivace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, hodnocen\u00ed benefit\u016f, dotazn\u00edk v\u00a0n\u00e1boru pro kandid\u00e1ty a jejich zp\u011btnou vazbu po ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co se t\u00fd\u010de funkc\u00ed, tak krom\u011b klasick\u00e9 textov\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi \u010di klasick\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru jedn\u00e9 a v\u00edce odpov\u011bd\u00ed, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mo\u017enost zvolit si obr\u00e1zek jako odpov\u011b\u010f, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se\u0159azen\u00ed od nejv\u00edce po nejm\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch oblast\u00ed,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Net Promoter Score,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vytvo\u0159en\u00ed pravidla nap\u0159. pokud respondent odpov\u00ed na prvn\u00ed ot\u00e1zku \u201eNE\u201c, tak nemus\u00ed ji\u017e d\u00e1le odpov\u00eddat,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u00e1le funkce volba jazykov\u00e9 mutace, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o vypln\u011bn\u00ed dotazn\u00edku na m\u016fj email s p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm v\u0161ech odpov\u011bd\u00ed do emailu atp.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdstup generuji bu\u010f jako souhrnn\u00e9 nebo jednotliv\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi ve form\u00e1tech PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, CSV nebo Google Sheets.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dotazn\u00edk jsem poka\u017ed\u00e9 vytvo\u0159ila b\u011bhem p\u00e1r minut (od jednoduch\u00e9ho za 3 minuty do slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho za 10-15 minut), z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed kolik ot\u00e1zek m\u00e1m nachystan\u00fdch, jak\u00fdm stylem chci formulovat a sb\u00edrat data, jak\u00e9 funkce chci pou\u017e\u00edt, jak moc si s t\u00edm vyhraju. V\u0161e si spravuji a tvo\u0159\u00edm sama, je to opravdu rychl\u00e9 a velice jednoduch\u00e9. Dotazn\u00edk si mohu vytvo\u0159it i p\u0159es mobil, kdykoliv ho upravit \u010di kompletn\u011b zm\u011bnit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed i pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed funkce doporu\u010duji shl\u00e9dnout video na <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Youtube<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kde na\u0161e \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 holky popisuj\u00ed v\u0161echny <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=V9cI7fkxnP4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eit\u00ed dotazn\u00edku v\u00a0personalistice<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Nen\u00ed to neosobn\u00ed pt\u00e1t se na n\u00e1zor zam\u011bstnanc\u016f p\u0159es dotazn\u00edk?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u011b mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je nevyhnutn\u00e9 potk\u00e1vat se se zam\u011bstnanci osobn\u011b. Denn\u011b se potk\u00e1vat v kancel\u00e1\u0159i, sd\u00edlet novinky, pt\u00e1t se na n\u00e1zor a pot\u0159eby lid\u00ed, naslouchat, sb\u00edrat zp\u011btnou vazbu. Pokud n\u011bkoho p\u00e1r dn\u00ed nevid\u00edm v kancel\u00e1\u0159i, nap\u00ed\u0161eme si na Slacku, m\u00e1me velice aktivn\u00ed vz\u00e1jemnou interakci. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se Survio vr\u00e1tilo z home office zp\u011bt do kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu l\u00e9ta, tak se m\u016f\u017eeme denn\u011b potk\u00e1vat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je\u0161t\u011b k\u00a0t\u00e9 neosobnosti. Ono nelze pouze odeslat dotazn\u00edk, kouknout na v\u00fdstup, poslat na management a zalo\u017eit do slo\u017eky bez odezvy. Je v\u0161ak dobr\u00e9 to kombinovat. Spousta firem maj\u00ed pln\u011b zaveden\u00fd home office \u010di hybridn\u00ed re\u017eim, kdy se s\u00a0lidmi nem\u016f\u017eou denn\u011b potk\u00e1vat osobn\u011b, neznaj\u00ed pot\u0159eby, n\u00e1zory a pocity sv\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f. Pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dotazn\u00edk \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Po sb\u011bru dat si pl\u00e1nuji HR 1:1 setk\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u0161emi zam\u011bstnanci (nyn\u00ed je n\u00e1s 30), kde jednotlivc\u016fm p\u0159edstav\u00edm v\u00fdstup z\u00a0celofiremn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu a probereme co je pot\u0159eba.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spolu s kvart\u00e1ln\u00ed CEO prezentaci a HR 1:1 pokecu m\u00e1me m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed management meeting, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdmov\u00e9 porady, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed produktov\u00fd grooming prezentovan\u00fd pro celou firmu, dvout\u00fddenn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 sprinty a denn\u00ed standup meetingy.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Jak\u00e9 typy dotazn\u00edk\u016f vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u0161?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V Survio jsem zat\u00edm kr\u00e1tce, ale ji\u017e jsem odeslala 9 dotazn\u00edk\u016f na r\u016fzn\u00e1 t\u00e9mata, nap\u0159\u00edklad zp\u011btnou vazbu na n\u00e1vrat do kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, na home office pr\u00e1ci, cvi\u010den\u00ed jako benefit, sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy, z\u00e1bavn\u00fd program na ve\u010der, na letn\u00ed a zimn\u00ed teambuilding, vyhodnocen\u00ed letn\u00edho teambuildingu, hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fduky anglick\u00e9ho jazyka (je v procesu). Na vypln\u011bn\u00ed kvart\u00e1ln\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu stanov\u00edm term\u00edn cca 2 t\u00fddny, pro operativn\u00ed dotazn\u00edky p\u00e1r dn\u00ed nebo bez ud\u00e1n\u00ed deadline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ed \u010dasem jsem spustila dotazn\u00edk pro zam\u011bstnance, kte\u0159\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b ukon\u010dili zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dobu a dobu ur\u010ditou (1 rok), s\u00a0celkov\u00fdm po\u010dtem 14 ot\u00e1zek. Sb\u00edr\u00e1m v\u00a0nich zp\u011btnou vazbu na \u0161kol\u00edc\u00ed proces, adaptaci, spokojenost s\u00a0pozic\u00ed, pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm a vybaven\u00edm, t\u00fdmem, na \u0161kolen\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj. Po vypln\u011bn\u00ed dotazn\u00edku si d\u00e1me kafe a neform\u00e1ln\u011b zhodnot\u00edme uplynul\u00e9 obdob\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Jakou m\u00e1\u0161 odezvu na vypln\u011bn\u00ed dotazn\u00edk\u016f?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu 30 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f dost\u00e1v\u00e1m v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru 23 zp\u011btn\u00fdch reakc\u00ed, tedy 76% \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost.
