Their vision is to convey a shopping experience associated with emotions, to inspire and maintain a human approach while constantly following trends.<\/h4>\n<h2>CHALLENGE: Easily obtain employee evaluation and support their loyalty<\/h2>\n<p>Personnel Development and Employer Branding in M\u00f6belix know very well how important it is to focus on <strong>measuring employee satisfaction<\/strong> and getting <strong>feedback<\/strong> from them. <strong>Regular feedback has a positive impact<\/strong> on the effectiveness of HR activities. It <strong>reduces labour turnover<\/strong>, <strong>increases employee efficiency<\/strong>, and <strong>strengthens their loyalty<\/strong>. It is therefore regularly measured at all M\u00f6belix branches across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. However, the original offline procedure of filling out paper questionnaires directly at branches was unbearably complicated and time-consuming. Over 1400 completed forms had to be collected and brought to Brno where they got processed manually in Excel. \u201cI used to spend 1-2 full days per branch manually evaluating questionnaires. The <strong><a href=\"\/\/survio.com\">online survey platform Survio<\/a><\/strong>, where data is available immediately, was therefore the ideal solution,\u201d explains Mark\u00e9ta Va\u0148kov\u00e1 from the Employer Branding department.<\/p>\n<h2>RESOLUTION: Measure employee satisfaction with online surveys<\/h2>\n<p>An excellent price \/ performance ratio, along with a helpful attitude, was a dealbreaker for M\u00f6belix to start cooperating with Survio. According to Va\u0148kov\u00e1,<strong> the implementation was very easy and intuitive<\/strong>: \u201cSurvio gave us some useful tips to the start and nowadays, the system is working smoothly. Otherwise, when something we\u2019re not sure about comes up, we always <strong>find answers in Survio\u2019s knowledge base<\/strong>. When it came to evaluating the collected data for the first time, Survio was willing to advise us on how to tweak the questionnaire to perfection.\u201d <strong>The correct setting of the evaluation and interpretation of results enables M\u00f6belix to use the collected data efficiently and to perform more advanced analyzes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<div class=\"block block-source\">\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3403 alignleft\" src=\"\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Va\u0148kov\u00e1.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00f6belix using Survio to measure employee satisfaction\" width=\"300\" height=\"306\"><\/h3>\n<h3><em>&#8220;Survio is simple, intuitive and meets all my expectations about how such an online survey system should work.&#8221;<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Mark\u00e9ta Va\u0148kov\u00e1, Recruitment &amp; Employer branding M\u00f6belix<\/strong> \u2013 defines and presents what makes M\u00f6belix unique as an employer. She wants to attract new colleagues to the teams who will meet the M\u00f6belix corporate culture and who will be excited about growing. She works on finding new ways to be a better employer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>MERIT: Feedback and an easier problem identification while reducing costs<\/h2>\n<p>The HR department is responsible for creating the questionnaires. The rapid <strong>simplification of the entire process<\/strong> now allows for the surveys to be used more widely. Apart from employee satisfaction, they also inquire about the use of personnel development tools, satisfaction with the visits of headquarters at branches and newcomers\u2019 satisfaction in M\u00f6belix. They find mainly the <strong>automatically generated reports<\/strong> to be the biggest help. Thanks to that, everything can now be handled by one person only which <strong>saves both time and energy as well as expenses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe register at least <strong>50% savings in time<\/strong>, <strong>energy<\/strong> and, last but not least, huge <strong>paper<\/strong> savings &#8211; I still look at the stacks of paper questionnaires from the past, which are archived in the closet and can&#8217;t believe my eyes. With Survio, I have <strong>all the data available in a minimalist way and with just a few clicks<\/strong>,\u201d says Va\u0148kov\u00e1. \u201cWe also like to <strong>customize the design of the questionnaires<\/strong> which makes them look more personal.
