Who answers

The band's contact person, usually on a phone between gigs. Short questions.

What you'll see

• One row per band with crew size, arrival time and guest list places, so you can staff the door
• What each band needs from you: backline, sound, lights, parking
• Food, allergies and beds in writing instead of half-remembered from a phone call

How to get good answers

• Send the link together with the contract. While the date is fresh, bands answer within a day.
• Insist on one name and one phone number. On the day you need a person, not a band.
• Say in the invitation that this is a list of requests, not a promise. Otherwise a tick box turns into an argument at load-in.
• Leave it open until a week before. Line-ups change and so do the numbers you have to feed.
