How to get good answers

Ask before the programme is set. Afterwards you are collecting opinions about decisions already taken.
Put it on paper as well as online. Whole parts of a community never see a link on social media.
The question about helping out is worth more than the rest put together. Follow up with those people within a week.
Ask where people hear about local events and then use that channel. Most poorly attended events were simply never announced where people look.
