How to get good answers

  • Run it before the renewal date, not after you have already signed for another year.
  • Ask everyone, including part-timers and people on parental leave. They use a different half of the package.
  • Treat 'never heard of it' as a marketing problem, not a benefits problem. An unused benefit is usually an unknown one.
  • Do not name the provider in the questions. People rate the brand instead of the benefit.
