How to get good answers

  • Run it quarterly and never change the wording. The score is worthless on its own and useful only against the last one.
  • Keep it to five questions. A short survey every quarter beats a long one nobody finishes once a year.
  • Anonymous with no team filter in small companies. In a team of six, one dropdown identifies everyone.
  • Leave eNPS untranslated. It is the term your board and every HR benchmark already use.
