The people who attended, anonymously, in two minutes.

What you'll see

• Whether any of it has reached their actual work
• Whether their manager supports them in using it, which decides more than the training itself
• How the pace and the relevance felt
• What was missing, and what each person will do differently

How to get good answers

• Send it two to four weeks later. An attendance sheet proves people were in the room; only time proves anything else.
• The manager question is the one to read first. Training that nobody is given room to use is money spent on a nice day out.
• Keep it anonymous. Nobody writes "my manager will never let me use this" under their own name.
• Ask what they will do differently as an open question. Vague answers are a sign the training was interesting rather than useful.
