How to get good answers

• A QR on the bill gets more answers than an email ever will. The phone is already in their hand.
• Send it the same evening. By tomorrow people remember the price and nothing else.
• Do not stand there while they answer. A waiter within sight adds a star to everything.
• The guest who was annoyed but said nothing at the table is the one this survey exists for. Read the low scores with no comment first.
