How to get good answers

• Send it right after the ride ends. An hour later nobody remembers the driving.
• Cover evening and night rides too, not only the daytime ones. That is where the safety answer changes.
• Keep the driver's name out of the survey text. Passengers rate the ride more honestly when they are not naming a person.
• Look at the safety answer on its own, never inside an average. One 'no' is worth acting on.
