Dissemination Survey-LYCar Solution Proposal

Dear HTH student, 

The purpose of this survey is to receive anonymous feedback on the proposed solution of the LYCar Project Report. 

There are many different aspects that determine student satisfaction during their internship that in place, influence their emotional well-being during this period. Factors like resilience, extra development opportunities, emotional support, cultural preparation, and proper onboarding and training can have impact on intern's well-being. To reduce homesickness, disconnection, frustration and mental health problems like anxiety, burnout and stress, a cultural preparation program was created.
