Where would you like to/prefer to sleep?
Unfortunately, we can’t promise that the dormitories will be heated, so if the nights are cold, we may have to relocate people to the few heated rooms, meaning more people per room.

Can you sleep in the top bunk in a bunk bed?

If you would prefer to sleep in a dormitory, is there somebody you’d prefer sharing a room with?

Special needs regarding sleeping arrangements?
We will do our best to find solutions to accommodate everybody’s needs, but we can’t guarantee that all requirements will be met.

(E.g. host a skill sharing- or workshop, organize a craft corner, add to a "circuit training" by showing how to use a tool, do a mini workshop, host a small discussion, do a performance etc.)

Please note that all meals will be vegetarian, unless you let us know about your specific dietary needs. So feel free to let us know about your allergies, dietary needs or issues, even if you think it’s complicated :)

Please, let us know if you are highly allergic or have a more mild intolerance to certain products, or if you have other highly specific dietary needs.
If you are a very picky eater, have difficulty with certain food textures, or have difficulty eating in large group settings, you are welcome to bring some of your own foods and store in the kitchen if needed. Please let us know so we can see if your needs can be met in the communal foods.
