Hey everyone! I’m Zoe, a third-year Illustration Animation student, and I am working on an exciting new project that I’d love your input on. I am transforming fitness and nutrition into surreal visuals and narratives, not only to inspire healthy living but also to serve as an educational tool that informs in an engaging and innovative way– something I have rarely seen done before.
With a few years of personal experience in the fitness industry, weight training and watching podcasts like Andrew Huberman and The Diary Of A CEO, I have gathered valuable tips and habits to boost overall wellness. My aim is to use my art to share these insights in a fun and interactive way.
Now, here’s where you come in! I would love to know what aspects of fitness and nutrition you’d like to see brought to life visually. Whether that is understanding the effects of specific foods on our bodies, how we form and sustain healthy habits, how our brain works to improve focus, or even the effects of glucose in our blood glucose levels!
