This questionnaire asks for your opinion about the current and future work at AstraZeneca Brussels. It looks at, and measures, where the organization currently stands and what its strengths and areas of improvement are.

The survey consists of different types of questions. In the case of statements, you must make the answer that is most applicable to you. The open questions give you the opportunity to give your advice and feedback in your own words.

Read the questions carefully and answer them as honestly as possible.

Definitions

Workplace: The place where you sit (or stand) to do your work during your working day.

Office environment: The entire office floor where you work together and where you meet your colleagues.

Public spaces: Spaces that are also accessible to residents and clients.
