Health Challenges Congress 2018 - questionnaire for international participants

The Institute of Sociology is carrying out research among participants of the Health Challenges Congress 2018. The study is conducted at the request of Katowice City Hall. The study aims to get in-depth knowledge of the assessments and experiences related to the participation in the Intel Extreme Masters 2018 as well as their stay in Katowice. We are kindly asking you to respond to the questionnaire, which will take about 15 minutes. We ensure confidentiality of the research and that the results will be used only for scientific purposes. The research recommendations will have practical use for the organisers of the event and local government authorities.
