Purpose: the purpose of this survey is to take a snapshot of the relational system existing within the network of Stores and Corners of Kontoor Brands across EMEA, both between colleagues and towards customers, i.e. to identify expectations and satisfactions or dissatisfactions.

It will also serve to build tools and actions for continuous improvement, as well as being an opportunity for communication exchanges between staff.

In order to achieve our objectives, we ask you to answer the questions in this anonymous questionnaire, so that we can collect your opinions and suggestions on how the level of service and satisfaction could be further improved.


Modality: anonymous questionnaire sent to all DTC stores and corners across EMEA. The employees’ feedback will be collected thru Typeform platform.


Timing: the questionnaire will be distributed online on 02/10/2023 and will be available for completion till 08/10/2023 (for COIN employees only, during the Staff Meeting and returned by hand to the HR Department on the same day).


Duration: 30 minutes.
