Apartment building

Hey! I am designing apartments of 48 m² for starters and young professionals (ages 20–30). The private apartments include: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with washing machine), 1 living area with kitchen, a small hallway and outdoor space for the apartment complex. There will be 7-8 apartments in the complex, with 1/2 people per apartment. The complex will be placed in Hellendoorn.

I'd like to understand whether there is a need for a shared space within the building (for example, a lounge, co-working area, garden, gym, etc.).
