BYD is committed to the satisfaction of its employees. Our goal is continuous development and the creation of a suitable working atmosphere in order to provide our employees with the best possible working environment and condition.s.

The purpose of the questionnaire below is to assess employee satisfaction regarding the most important areas. Our goal is to get as many of filled questionnaires as possible, in order to get a more complete picture of the current situation. based on the feedbacks, the management will identify the areas to be improved and will do everything to ensure that the company increases employee satisfaction.

Filling out the questionnaire is completely anonymous, however it is necessary to provide some job and department related data in order to be able to deal with individual problems broken down into departments or shifts if necessary.

For each topic, you will find questions based on scaling, whioch please answer according to the guide below:
