„For the Tourist News of 2020“ a „Newsletter of 2020“

This competition is about showing tourist-promotional materials in Czech language, and languages of V4 countries, which will be run during the REGIONY ČESKÉ REPUBLIKY tourism fair during 16.4. - 18.4.2020 in Lysá nad Labem in the following categories:

„For the tourist news of 2020“

Subcategory:

Blasting maps– simple map of the city, eventually of the surroundings, which is being distributed in the information centres for free

Maps of cities a regions - tourist map of the city, region, tourist destinations

Tourist guide – print for tourists to know their destination

Promotional leaflet - promotional material/ promotional leaflet, mostly in DL format, other size also possible, which is being distributed for free

PR materials - representative promotional leaflets, mostly for partners, in DL size of paper (110x220), but it is possible to have it in another size, which is distributed for free

Publications - printed material for sale focused on tourism

Tourist newspaper (periodical special of tourism) - printed materials to inform public about tourist offer in the city, district, destination

Printed promotional materials - promotional leaflets for children or for parents with children. Consumer promotional leaflets - for free distribution, mainly for children up to 13 years.

Discount cards (complete package) - package of "discount or loyalty cards" with printed materials, for promotion those cards

Wall, desktop, and pocket calendars - individual calendars or set of calendars for the year 2020

Printed catalogs of travel bureaus and agencies - promotional catalogs of travel bureaus and agencies for the final customer of the year of 2020

Promotional leaflet of accommodation facilities - promotional materials issued by the owner or provider of the accommodation facility

Mobile application for tourism- application for mobiles and / or tablets with Operation system iOS and/or Android, application must be primarily for tourist in one of the following forms:1) information about tourist attractions and or trips, eventually POI 2) game, which attracts to visit the Tourist destination, tourist attractions etc. 3) application must be available for free in AppStore and/or GooglePlay stores

Promotional spot up to 3 minutes focused on tourism, travelling and services in tourism- free publishable video, which promotes cities, municipalities, destinations, or other tourism subjects

„Newsletters of 2020“ focused on

Newsletters of cities and municipalities - periodical newsletter, news etc. cities and municipalities issued in 2019 -20

Announcement of the results

Announcements of the results in individual categories including special prices will be during "Gala evening" of the REGIONY ČESKÉ REPUBLIKY in Lysá nad Labem tourism fair on 16. April 2020 from 18:00 o'clock at the area of the exhibition grounds.

During the competition show there will be professional seminars on the topic of tourism.

Fee including VAT for the registration to the individual categories is always stated in the each registration form itself and it includes (in case of the registration into more than one categories free entry for one person, which means one person, one category):

Your filled registration form with two pieces of registered promotional materials - sets according the categories (1x for evaluation committee, 1x for the exhibition of the competing materials for the public in the tourism fair), except the application and the promotional spot ( 1x on CD) send it please to the address bellow till 16 March 2020. On the envelope please write the password"TURISTPROPAG 2020".

After sending your registration form, no later than 15 days you will receive your invoice with payment deadline 14 days. Payment of the registration fee may be made to the account of PRUH POLABÍ, s.r.o., č. ú. 150076748/0600, IBAN :CZ98 0600 0000 0001 5007 6748, BIC: AGBACZPP, variable symbol - your identification number, after sending your registration form, up to the latest 15 March 2020.

PLEASE NOTICE, before you send your registration form, print it out twice, once it goes with the promotional materials, the second print save for your needs in case of any audit or possible complaints!

This registration form also replaces the ORDER FORM, from this reason you need to print it out!

Deadline for applications is 16 March 2020 till 17:00 !
