This survey is to obtain your views and opinions on the proposed restoration of the redundant hydro building at the Old Dee Bridge on Riverside Drive near Handbridge.

The proposal is planned to develop the building for 3 uses:

1. A visitor attraction

2. An educational facility

3. A daytime cafe/bistro
