My name is Gabor Becker and I am a Master's student at IBS Budapest - The University of Buckingham in the field of Marketing Management. For my dissertation, I am currently conducting a study - supervised by Alan Godsave - which looks at airline onboard Customer Experience, more specifically in-flight services provided on intercontinental, long-haul routes.
I ask that if you have previous flying experience on long-haul flights (flights over 7 hours), could you please spare 10 minutes of your time to answer a short survey by clicking on the link below. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. All information is strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of this study.
You are being asked to participate in an online questionnaire, there are a mixture of open and closed questions, including demographic questions, and questions about your long-haul travel experiences.
Air travel has many harmful impacts on the environment, including air pollution. Thereby, with every valid response, the Hungarian MyForest organization will be subsidized to plant trees (one tree costs 590 HUF), which helps to reduce CO2 emissions.
