Option 1: Increase the overall number of studio members; lower rent and less hours for everyone; collective responsibility to recruit; maximum 5 new members; with 5 new members it would be approximately 25hours/month and 70€monthly rent; full responsibility for collective tasks
Option 2:
Introduce a full/half membership model. Half members would pay 50% of the monthly rent and have access to the studio for roughly four hours per week (16 hours per month). All members, regardless of membership type, would share full responsibility for collective tasks. Not yet decided, who is responsible for recruiting. One option is that the person who wants to share their membership searches for a partner to team up with.
Option 3:
Make no changes and continue with the current model.
