If the EE team were to set the first weekend after payday of every month as an 'EE social' date, would you be more likely to come?

We saw engagement drop off with the social events throughout 2024, after some thought we believe that this may have been because of dates assigned to events might not match with peoples availability. If you were to know every month on this date something maybe on, would you be more likely to attend?
