Hello, my name is Radka and I am working on an Independent Research Project (IRP) for a Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language). I would like to ask you to take a few minutes of your time to complete the following questionnaire about learning experiences of dyslexic students.

There are two types of questions: you will either select an answer from a dropdown menu or you will write your answer in your own words. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be asked a few questions about the survey itself.

The survey is anonymous and will be used for research purposes only. By filling in the questionnaire you are giving me permission to use the provided information. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

It should not take you more than 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire but that will depend on how much information you will want to share with me.
