Information on Personal Data Processing:

The controller of the personal data you provide in this questionnaire is Digiteq Automotive s.r.o., ID: 26466023, with its registered office at Novodvorská 994/138, Prague 4, 142 21, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 84128 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

The purpose of the processing is to evaluate and invite you as a suitable participant for selected UX research (user testing) and to record you as an interested participant in these UX researches. The Company is authorized to process your personal data based on your given consent. If you do not give your consent, the Company will not process your personal data for this purpose. By giving this consent, your personal data will not be used in any specific UX research.

The personal data you provide are processed for the duration for which consent was given, or until the consent is withdrawn. Your personal data will be processed exclusively by the Company and within the stated processing, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. There will be no automated decision-making (including profiling) as part of this processing.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), you have, among other things, the right concerning your personal data to: a) withdraw your given consent at any time; however, the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal is not affected, b) access (i.e., to be provided with more detailed information on the processing of personal data), c) rectification (of inaccurate or incomplete data), d) erasure (if the conditions are met), e) restriction of processing (if the conditions are met), f) data portability, and g) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
