Letter of Informed Consent: Dear Participant, My name is Yaniv Friedman, and I am a student in the Undergraduate Business Research Project (600 Business Class) at Prague City University. As AI adoption grows in businesses, it is important to understand how managers’ attitudes influence employees and future business professionals. This questionnaire explores how managers' attitudes toward AI adoption affect motivation and operational efficiency among current business employees and future professionals in the Czech Republic. Your participation is voluntary, and the survey will take approximately 2-4 minutes. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and a business employee or student in the Czech Republic. Your responses will remain anonymous, and no personal data will be collected. You may skip any question or withdraw at any time.
