Hello, my name is Michal Ohnheiser and I am a follow-up master's student at the Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies of the Mendel University in Brno. I am currently working on my diploma thesis and would like to ask for your help in collecting the necessary data through this questionnaire for my practical part.
The thesis is based on the attitudes of young people towards global climate change and population growth. Global climate change is currently a much-discussed topic in society and in politics, and at the same time it is possible to notice that young people are beginning to take into account climate change and its current, and especially future, effects in their reproductive behavior (family planning). Attitudes to this issue differ in individual countries, the most significant differences being mainly between developed and developing countries.
The aim of the thesis research is to find out how the citizens of the Czech Republic and the Philippines perceive the threats of climate change and how these threats are possibly reflected in their decisions about whether to have children in the future.
Filling this questionnaire is voluntary, anonymous and takes a maximum of 8 minutes. Therefore, I ask you to answer the questions as truthfully and honestly as possible, so that the veracity of the data is ensured and that the final analysis of the data reflects the current attitude of young people towards this issue.
