Hello everyone! I am Giovanni Maraia, a graduate student in the Master of Science in Management course at the University of Trento. I am currently working on my dissertation on the impact of QR Code technology in the purchasing decisions of wine consumers in retail shopping.
The QR Code is a two-dimensional (2D) barcode that can provide more information to the customer and has already been used as an 'EU digital certificate' during the pandemic phase of Covid-19 to facilitate movements.
