Årets lønnsforhandlinger gikk ikke så bra, kan dere acceptere 5 kr for å ikke la folk eventuellt gå i permittering? This year negotiation about salary did not go so good, can you accept 5kr salary raise to not let people get permitted/permisjon?

Inflasjon har også påvirket priser på service av utstyr, hvor mye - hvet ikke men er det akseptabelt å betale litt mer i egenflekk grunnet det? / Inflation affect prices on service maintenance for equipment and tools, dont know how much, but would it be acceptable to pay a bit more for flekk in akkord because of this?

Frisklivspenger/Friskvårdsbidrag/Wellness allowance
A compensation for making your life/body better in health, f ex, gym card, massage , kiropraktor etc, a certain amount per month that can be used for this - it can be payd out as a compensation on salary or against showing a receipt, it is normal in other scandinavaian countries and also some companys here, one example of this is a company that gets 1,400 per month. What do you think? I could settle with f ex 800kr
