Årets lønnsforhandlinger gikk ikke bra, vi fikk kun 5 kr som var det sentrale tilleget som bedriften må gi. I tillegg skulle vi jo hatt lokale forhandlinger og det vi la frem angående mobilkompensasjon, ansiennitets tilleg og noen kr ekstra, ble avslått. Så her fikk vi inget. This years negiotiations did not go wery well. We only got the 5 kr extra wich Fellesforbundet negotiated as a minimum and wich Buer is obligated to give us. In the local negotiations we asked to be compensated for using private phones, extra money for working many years in the company and extra kr on the salary, all of these were denied. This means we didn't get anything locally.

Any thoughts about how we can do better next year? Suggestions?

Frisklivspenger/Friskvårdsbidrag/Wellness allowance

A compensation for making your life/body better in health, f ex, gym card, massage , kiropraktor etc, a certain amount per month that can be used for this - it can be payd out as a compensation on salary or against showing a receipt, it is normal in other scandinavaian countries and also some companys here, one example of this is a company that gets 1,400 per month. What do you think? I could settle with f ex 800kr
