- max. 2 nights of accommodations in double rooms for all Country Representatives (CR) are covered by the Host Country. The additional cost for a requested single room is paid by the CR. - 1 supplementary night's accommodations for the members of the EMTS Commission and the Regional Coordinators. - 3-4 nights of accommodations for Core Board in single rooms. The number of nights depend upon travel possibilities Single rooms are limited!! Please plan to share a double room.
