How was your pregnancy?
Did you feel strong before getting pregnant or how was your physical stability during your pregnancy? was it heavy or "easier" than you expected?

How was your experience of giving birth?
Did your childbirth went as expected or as you wished? How was your mindset getting closing to giving birth, did you do any research in forms of looking up information on how to train your breathing or any other practice that could be beneficial for a woman about to go into labor?

How long ago did you give birth? And do you suffer from any postnatal bi-effects still? If so what is it?

How would you wanted to be reached out to regarding trainging, whitout it be a triggering and pushy?
Most of what we see online is Personal Trainers (who doesnt always have kids them self), telling mothers what to do and stresses about getting back to that "pre baby shape", eating this and that etc. It could make anyone loose interest right away. Obviously taking care of our self is key to beeing a healthy woman and a mother. So the question is, going back to you beeing that first time mom, How would you want to be reached out to regarding help with tips on what to do when it comes to taking care of yourself also, in a fragile time while beeing a first time mother?

Regarding physical and mental health, is there any tool or program that you wished existed or could be helpfull to you as a mother, wanting to exercise but on your own terms.
