Skateboarding fitness training level

Dear Respondents,

I would like to ask for a few minutes of your time to complete this questionnaire. I am a student of the Faculty of Education at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and I am writing to you to ask you for some important information for my thesis entitled "Conditioning training in skateboarding".

The aim of my thesis is to find out the level of fitness training among skateboarders. I would like to find out how recreational skateboarders develop their fitness compared to professional riders. In particular, I am focusing on their physical fitness - that is, components such as strength, speed, balance and coordination or flexibility - that affect an individual's overall performance. I also look at the load placed on each muscle during basic skills and recommend appropriate exercises to improve fitness accordingly.

In order to collect this data, I find it necessary to reach out to you, the professional and recreational skateboarder alike. Your answers are extremely valuable and useful to me, so I will be very grateful to you for completing this questionnaire.

Thank you for your time and willingness to support my work.
