As a Supervisor, I believe our team excels at being available to each other whenever a judgment call is needed. Given the unique situations we encounter with international customers, it's understandable to sometimes be unsure of the right judgment call. However, I feel confident that our team is always ready to assist one another when these situations arise. This response is unclear. Are you referring to monthly check-ins and suggesting we move them to weekly instead? Or is this about our daily chat activity, and do we need to scale it back? Please elaborate so I can adjust to better fit your needs in regard to a more positive engagement.
