Dear Colleague,

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We are conducting this research on behalf of Merseyside Play Action Council (MPAC) to better understand the current state of youth work across the voluntary sector in Liverpool.

We have heard consistently from organisations like yours that finding and keeping skilled youth workers is increasingly difficult. Through this survey, we want to build a clearer picture of the challenges you face, whether it’s recruitment, training, retention, or broader issues affecting the young people you support.

Your responses will be used to inform future collaboration, advocacy, and potentially new funding or support opportunities to address these issues across the sector. By taking part, you’re contributing to a collective effort that could help secure better support for young people and those who work with them.
