These next questions are specifically about working part-time in the baggage handling industry at Eindhoven Airport. 


This is a physical job working outside around different types of aircrafts. In this job you are responsible for (un)loading the baggage inside the aircrafts, you assist with the docking of the aircrafts, and place/operate ground service equipment. 


The work at the airport starts early at 4.30am and ends around midnight. Before 7am and after 7pm you'll receive an additional allowance on top of your hourly pay. There is also an allowance on the weekends and public holidays. The hourly pay starts at €15,97. 


The rostering for part-time employees is done a month in advance on the availability you give, you can determine which days and hours you can work. There are sometimes open shifts that you can pick up on short term.
