As part of a student research project at Macromedia University in co-operation with Lufthansa, we are investigating integration measures and employee satisfaction in the technology sector from the perspective of former employees. The aim of this survey is to gain evidence-based insights into possible reasons for changing companies as well as perceived challenges and potential for improvement.
