My name is Suze Valkenburg, and I am a 4th-year Hotel Management student at Breda University of Applied Sciences. As part of my bachelor thesis, I am researching the key factors that influence a change in Property Management Systems (PMS) within the hospitality industry.

One of these factors is the implementation process and training method used when implementing a new PMS. As hoteliers, your experiences and insights will provide valuable input into how current training practices can be improved to better support staff and ensure smoother transitions.
