Hello, my name is Pavla Klepišová and I study at the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague, Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources.

In my thesis I am working on the topic "The effect of frequency and method of food rotation on the digestive tract health of dogs".

The aim of this questionnaire is to get information from dog owners about feeding practices, how and how often food is changed, what types of diet are used, and if these factors are related to digestive problems in dogs. The data collected will be used only for the purposes of the thesis and is completely anonymous. The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
