1. What is your role in the research team?
2. How do you think this evaluation benefits your department in practice?
3. How many students and staff members per health area of the health sciences exist? Any balance/unbalance perceived? (It is difficult to assess the compositions without knowing the number of students (per year) and staff per health area being offered)
4. Are staff from one faculty teaching in another faculty within the same area of health sciences?
5. In STS CYRIL the number of scientific staff is very high compared with the other positions. What sort of contracts do they have? Permanent or temporary contracts?
6. How many vacancies per study programme are offered per year? Is the offer the same every year?
7. Are there any involvement in specific available European/wordwide networks for the different health areas in Health Sciences? (ENNE, ENPHE, Tordesilhas etc…)
8. Which Percentage of publications having MSc, PhD students as first authors and a member of staff of Palacky University as senior author?
9. How is equity of research opportunities across the different health areas perceived?
10. How is equity of funding distribution across the hierarchy of staff perceived? (Does it support only those well established and with scientific track record, or also those who are starting? How do they leverage the research?)
11. Are there any suggestions you would point out to strengthen its impact on your work?
12. New PhD programmes seem to be prepared in FHS. Which areas are they planned for? Which research areas will these programmes develop? when will they be implemented? And with what sort of human and infrastructure resources will be used?
13. How are PhD students recruited and financially supported? (Generally the success rate in very low! – I was unable to understand the reasons behind it)
14. Do you have access to eating/leisure and sport facilities exist?
15. Are there financial reward for project submissions? Is there a ceiling possible to be achieved during a specific time-period or can be accumulated? How can this money be used? Any specific criteria?
16. How is research data storage and protection ensured and implemented? Are there a specific policy and coherent Plan foreseen?
17. Do you measure students progression through their PhDs (for ex. yearly panel meetings)?
