Telephone / line Changes

Dear client,

 

Further to our email regarding our new phone system, we are aiming to seamlessly migrate you to the new platform, which we expect to be live by early May 2025.

 

If you currently have a mitel handset, early May we will be swapping your desk phone for a new colour handset branded on the screen with your company logo. Your phones/lines will be set up as follows listed under INHOUSE CLIENTS below.

If you are a virtual client, your phones will be set up as follows listed under VIRTUAL CLIENTS.


If you would like us to alter this standard set-up in any way, please specify in this survey.
