Purpose:

The main purpose of this survey is to gather individual and anonymous feedback on our team setup, the agile transforamtion and the temporary PO and ScM-roles (in general and for your team in specific). The answers will be used by group managers and train management as a part of the evaluation of the team setups and the temporary PO and ScM-roles. The ScM of your team may also use the answers as a part of working with team development.
