My name is Brigitta Károlyi and I study International Business Economics at the University of Pannonia. In my thesis I examine the role of cultural differences within multinational companies. Every participant should adapt at the same extent.

They don't expect me to adapt to their culture, expecially if I'm from the parent country.

They think that the mutual formation of the organizational culture is more effective in favour of efficient operation.

The culture of the host country is more significant, but every participant needs to be able to make compromises.
