Morning yoga challange vol 2.

I'd like to prepare another yoga challenge in this summer. Most probably there will be no more such a challanges this year, so if you want to try it, go ahead, it may be the last chance ;)

Expect a 30 dynamic yoga practice everyday where daily presence is mandatory (although I accept resonable excuses). How long do you want the challenge to take place?

Would you be interested in pranayama (breathing techniques)? Pranayama would be added at the end of the practice and it would take about 10min. Therefore the overal length of the morning class would be 40-45 min.
