Active listening

So a little simple explanation for this part of the questionaire.  

Active listening is a type of listening where the listener is fully engaged with the speaker, paying full attention to the words being spoken and the intentions behind them. The listener in this situation usually initiates eye contact, utilizes verbal and non-verbal cues (body language) or asks claryfying question. The purpose of active listening is to find to deeper understanding and to make the speaker feel appriciated or simply listened to.
