How often do you want huddle to take place?
If it were not to be every week, I would need everyone to respond to weekly check in message or do a virtual call. That would track participation and make sure you understand the notes. All notes must be adhered to or we would need to go back to weekly huddles

Every Other Week In-Person and Zoom Call/Text Message for Off Weeks
3 Weeks In Person and Last Week Off (during off week art work gets done)

COMMITMENT: I understand that I must attend all huddles with one - two callouts per quarter. I must give notice that I will not be attending huddle. Anything exceeding this could have possible consequences including write-ups or possible eventual termination.
