Good day sir/madam. We are Dobas Dimitri, Mametja Motlatso, Msibi Lwando, Peer Jumaimah and Tsoisi Thabang, a group of third year Pharmacology students at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. We are conducting a reasearch survey about the therapeutic drug management for Phenobarbital which is a drug used in the treatment of epilepsy. We would like you to please participate in our research by filling in the survey below which can take you about 10 -15 minutes to complete.
