P-Alumni Re-Union

I need your help to define and refine the future Re-Union.

Here are few elements to familiarize yourself with it.

P-reunions objectives:

-         Networking and reinforce existing bonds between P-alumni, may they be at Roche or not

-         Building a network of P-alumni susceptible to help each other building on each other capabilities and strengths creating a unique advantage

-         Having fun

-         Ensuring continuity, i.e. having other reunions in the future on a regular basis

Structure of the reunion:

-         Prior to the reunion: a template to be shared for profiling and identifying main interests for sharing and development: A sort of ID card to allow people to get to know each other better (1) and to develop the Saturday afternoon (1)

-         Length: Friday evening until last departure on Sunday

Costs: No corporate support. Individuals will pay their own flights, hotel reservation and a share in the costs for all the activities.

Friday

-         Friday evening: Informal dinner and After for those who choose

Saturday

-         Morning: Official welcome until luncheon

-         Afternoon (1): Having a couple of stands (i.e. tables) grouping people based on their answer to the profiling. Duration: 2 hours with rotation every 15minutes?

-         Afternoon (2): Mindfulness (see with Carmen B.) -> 2 hours?

-         Afternoon (3): Something crazy/unusual

-         Evening: Dinner. The place needs to be booked for us. No seated table to allow people to move from one place to the other

-         Night: Free, we offer suggestions.

Sunday

Morning (2 possibilities not excluding each other):

- Brunch and exclusive group visit to wherever we are.

Limitations: It needs to be within an hour reach of the airport and with a van to maximize participation.
