Dear colleague, hereby I would like to ask you to fill in my survey about the pre- and onboarding process of Le Meridien Vienna. For my graduation project, I am doing a consultancy project about the current onboarding process, and I need your help to gather information about this topic.


Onboarding is the process of integrating new employees into a organisation, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, skills and support to succeed in their role. The primary goal of Onboarding is to help new employees become fully productive and comfortable in their new position.
