RI&E Inquiry English

Dear colleague,

In order to safeguard the health, safety and well-being of all of us and to improve it where necessary, a so-called Risk Inventory and Evaluation (abbreviated: RI&E) was drawn up in the past.

An RI&E forms the basis of the occupational health and safety policy of every company. The RI&E helps to map risks and to tackle those risks with the right measures. This is an instrument required by law.

In order to map the risks, the input of every employee is of great importance. After all: every employee has the best picture for themselves of how they experience safety, health and well-being.

The current RI&E is already five years old, and at the time it was also largely drawn up using assumptions, after all, there was no system that we now work with delivered and there was therefore no experience with work within BFC-2.

In order to update the current RI&E, this survey is now being sent to every employee.

I would like to urge you all to cooperate with this survey and to complete it within two weeks. With your contribution, we can make a good assessment of any bottlenecks and risks and take action to improve the situation.

You can skip questions that do not apply to you.

Your data is confidential. We cannot trace the origin of your data and we process the answers anonymously.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
